On to the Quarterfinals for Prendie Hoops

Prendie's Sara Smith scored a team high 15 points and grabbed 7 rebounds, and teammate Ingrid Fitzgerald chipped in 13 of her own to give the Pandas a 56-40 victory over Little Flower in the first round of the playoffs. The Pandas cashed in from the charity stripe, going 14 for 21 from the line. With the win, Prendie moves onto the quarterfinals, where they will take on Archbishop Ryan. Ryan defeated O'Hara tonight 36-26 in a make up game, but really for seeding purposes. They clinch the three seed, and O'Hara gets the four seed. The match-up is set for Friday, February 19th, at Archbishop Ryan. Tip off for the quarter-final game is set for 7:00pm.
